around here a lot of burrito shops have chile relleno burritos and those are great, if very heavy, vegetarian options.

chile relleno burrito, some good hot salsa, and a cup of horchata.

I don't think I have strictly speaking a secret ingredient but I toast my own chilis for it and the proportions of chilis could become the secret if I dial it in perfectly somehow

the individual ingredients can vary from batch to batch for me, but the thing that i point to for my chili is that i don’t use any tomato juice in it and instead use double the tomato paste

you could easily lay masonry with my chili and it would withstand a nuclear blast
