chile relleno is top-tier. around here a lot of burrito shops have chile relleno burritos and those are great, if very heavy, vegetarian options. chile relleno burrito, some good hot salsa, and a cup of horchata.

Every chili recipe needs one. the individual ingredients can vary from batch to batch for me, but the thing that i point to for my chili is that i don’t use any tomato juice in it and instead use double the tomato paste you could easily lay masonry with my chili and it would withstand a nuclear blast
