How do you get such nice clear pictures of them? Do you use a submergable camera, or a polarized lens maybe?

Mine were taken with an underwater camera while diving.

I don't know what jonny righteous was using rock pooling, but probably a submergible camera.The Olympus TG series cameras are popular for that kind of thing around here.
