I was in Budapest recently and didn't see a single penis owl. Though I did take a short walk one afternoon and four separate guys approached and asked in English if I wanted to buy cocaine. Should've offered me penis owls.

Owls don't have eyeballs, they are shaped like tubes. They can't turn them in their sockets so they evolved the ability to rotate their neck 270 degrees. Air pockets in their vertebrae prevent them from severing arteries in their necks. You can see their eye tubes through their ear canals if you brush the feathers out of the way.
