went to halloween shindig last night at a garden / plant nursery, was pretty decent. had a dream afterward that weirdly featured new forums lore. somehow jeffrey had hired barack obama as a forums moderator, and he was having a real rough time of it in sad. some of us were trying to cheer up a very depressed and world weary obama, telling him it's impossible to please everyone and to just keep doing his best. anyway, i don't remember much else, except later in the dream there was a work party at a pizza buffet and work had paid for 8 slices per person. however, the restaurant was having a BOGO special that day, and a very nice waitress interpreted this to mean i could take 16 slices of a truly stacked and loaded veggie pizza and gave me a huge to-go box. god i wish dreams could come true sometimes.
