I mean there's a bunch of different types of tacos and, yeah, some shredded cheddar is great on the hard shell type but the soft corn kind doesn't usually have cheese except maybe cotija. Needs to be something less sharp to keep from overpowering the meat imo. Hard shell tacos are usually spicy ground beef which can hold up to a stronger cheese.

Honestly, I can't hate it.

That guy talking about putting drained canned peas on though...little odd... Though I did really like those Very Young Small Sweet Peas growing up and I assume that's what they mean so I definitely would have given it a try back in the day.
