I’m currently spoiled with taqueria options but every once in a while I still crave those Old El Paso hard shell kit tacos.

The cheese, however should be shredded “Mexican Blend” or Monterey Jack. Or better yet Pepper Jack that you shred yourself. Not cheddar.
