No. There's nothing that Jon Stewart or The Daily Show could've done to influence the election results. People who hate Hillary Clinton weren't going to have their minds changed by a silly joke man on a TV show they don't even watch. The Electoral College would still be a clusterfuck that awards the election to minority presidents, the October Surprise of reopening the issue of Clinton's emails would've still happened, and Russia would still have successfully interfered. Jon Stewart wouldn't be able to sway the election any more than Trevor Noah did.
