So wait, you called on-stie repair and then were surprised when an on-site technician showed up to do on-site service? matti posted:i called them and they said "oh we'll just send you a box to send it to us for repair" Well now you know. Just do this if it's still available. Otherwise I'm finding parts on aliexpress it looks like.
