All butter is spreadable if you're BIG AND STRONG.

Anyway I use margarine because the nurse told me to.

It tastes awful but there's always cheese.

well, perhaps the butter itself is spreadable but the bread itself may not survive it

Of all the great breads I can handle seedy nutty breads. They kick in some sort of texture reflex where I can chew but I can't swallow.

We are 2 weeker sourdough household. Got a long term starter and make a double batch from the tartine country bread recipe every other weekend. I failed miserably the first 2 months so the wife is the sourbro of the house

Some guy at the caff took his time at the bread table, literally slicing an entire loaf of whatever white bread was on the board and fitting it onto his tray. Then he looked around and took the last god drat slice of hole bread. I had to eat islander bread and I despise sweet dark breads.

It's literally got syrup in it.

Where do you get the bread from - the floor? Also caff is short for cafeteria, not café.

I guess what I mean is I'm never in a situation where there is bread for the slicing

but also I've not been in a cafeteria since high school (but we did not have bread tables or bread anything there either)

5m baguette review. Took 5min and made about 1.5m linear of bread.

We ended up baking almost 35min because it seemed way over hydrated. It may have over proved too, being out overnight. Very very strongly glutenous but didn't rise at all in the oven.

Over all tasty and can't beat the effort reward, but I wanna tweak the ratios a bit. It was a bit close and moist for our liking.
