I know a fair bit of classical due to my training and occupation, but if you want to see the weird cult of classical worship, go to Vienna. It's like a religion, all these statues of guys who died in poverty after a life of struggle, now they charge 200 bucks to hear their music. I got bitched at for looking at my phone in the middle of the violin concerto. Cool it guys, it's just a song
