Being sorta popular for years has let them mutate, adapt. This is how they get stronger. Beware of caring too much, caring a little, or not caring at all. By doing this you only give 311 more power.

a 311 album was one of like 20 or so CDs i bought in my high school years, and i regretted it almost immediately, it sucked rear end i guess in hindsight almost all of the music i bought did, but that one i identified very quick

I hated 311 in high school because Down and Beautiful Disaster got played on the radio all the time I that drove my opinion of both those songs from "meh" to "shut the gently caress up already". Years later I heard their cover of Love Song and thought it was pretty alright. I just looked up that song and it has a music video and the lead singer has a very punchable face. That entire music video is loving awful. I like the song less now, having watched it.

one time when i bought acid from a high school bud he made me sit down right there in his drug attic and watch the full 311 day concert dvd on acid. it was lile 5 hours. absolutely the last thing i want to do on acid but i used to be a pushover lol. for that i will always have a special dislike for 311. dont get me wrong tho i used to blast that poo poo in jr high.
