Nope. Purely Marc's decision based on the events how he saw them. I guess Marc could have paused it, had the doc come in and check, but it's not a eyepoke or low blow. He doesn't know the injury just that Cédric isn't fighting and keeps pointing to his foot. Nash thinks that brings it down to around 1K. Johnson suit is 1500 but for various reasons it probably be under 500. Lawyers will take 20% or so via the lodestar method. For the fighters, most likely the proportional method. If I understand him, basically whatever a fighter made during the period the suits range, is what they will get. (ie example if the suit is 100Mil, and you got paid 1Mil, you get 1%)
