But if you don't know the difference between the premier civilian HUMINT and military SIGINT agencies of the United States in your video title then you are showing ignorance. Weird that these guys also seem to subscribe to these other gems; + Putin was forced to invade Ukraine by NATO + Boris Johnson directed Ukraine to not pursue a peace treaty with Russia + Zelenskyy was installed by the CIA through a coup not a popular revolution + Slobadan Milosevic was unfairly attacked by NATO Etc etc

JBP posted:I don't really get the point of extinction rebellion loving with stressed out people in traffic during a terrible cost of living crisis. Like nobody is learning anything, traffic is the place reason goes to die. Activism whose strategy centers on performatively being put in handcuffs may be OK for some white middle-class people who don’t have to worry too much if they get arrested. But XR members are blinkered by the dopamine hit they get from expressing their outrage like targeting public transport and forcing people to drive, thereby thinking that they’re taking action by targeting working class people instead of the actual root causes. They're loving stupid.

The problem is that XR explicitly chooses a nonpartisan approach in the messaging, one of their 3 goals is "citizen assemblies" as a policy mechanism, there's absolutely no class solidarity in their approach and is the polar opposite of the union movement

EoinCannon posted:Cocaine isn't prohibited by WADA who test players on game day. Not 100% https://www.sportintegrity.gov.au/sites/default/files/SIA279-0124-Cocaine%20Factsheet-A-3%20%5BDIGITAL%5D.pdf "Under anti-doping rules the use or possession of cocaine is prohibited during the “In-Competition” period – this begins at 11:59pm the night before a competition and lasts until the end of competition and/or any athlete testing*. If an athlete is found to have used or possessed cocaine during this ‘In-Competition period’, they face a ban from all sport of up to 4 years. Anti-doping testing only looks for cocaine in samples collected during the In-Competition period – Sport Integrity Australia does not look for cocaine in Out-of-Competition samples. However, in addition to anti-doping rules, some sports (like Rugby League and Rugby Union) also have rules in place about the use of cocaine outside of game days, which can include mid-week illicit substance testing. These testing programs, rules and consequences are determined by each sport, not by Sport Integrity Australia." If the AFL is pre-testing players so they don't fall foul of this, good on them IMO.
