The odds of getting a perfect bracket are really, really astoundingly loving small. Depending on how predictably the games go based on poo poo like team stats and season records, they can range anywhere from about one in 120 billion to one in 9.2 quintillion. This is why so many people win bracket contests by just picking teams at random; there are so many random unpredictable factors that go into March Madness games that just looking at stats on paper is almost worthless.

Someone did the math in one of the SAS threads last year and you have a better chance of correctly guessing a working 16-digit debit card number AND the card's 3-digit security code out of thin air (assuming you somehow already know the exp date and PIN), using that card number to buy one Powerball ticket, and winning the Powerball jackpot with that ticket than you have of getting a perfect March Madness bracket.

So you're saying there's a chance.

Today my bracket goes nuts. I will either be a genius or a loser, nothing in between.

God I love this tourney.

Hell yeah NC State. Get bent Duke.

That Burns kid from NC State is something else. So big, so... large, and yet, he moves like a dancer, so quick too. And his shot is sweeet!

Yay Purdue! Go UConn!

I got Purdue - UConn final

Bold, I know, to pick two 1 seeds.

LETS GO PURDUE!!!!!

I've been "scouting" Edey because I was intrigued when I read that he's not gonna be a high NBA draft pick, and I was like, WTF??? He's the two time college player of the year.

But I get it now. Big tall guys in the NBA now are just super tall forwards, even if they are 7'2". They dribble, pass, and shoot 3's. Edey is in more of the mold of the old school big man, who dominates the paint but really doesn't have an outside game.

I think he's gonna succeed in the NBA, and I hope some team actually tailors an offense to him, because I think you could find some success going back to that old school big man role.

Edey is too slow. He's gets the ball in the post and he's "clutch clutch dribble dribble down low"....
