I stay up way too late, and my baby sleeps in bed with us, soeven when I do sleep he wakes me up plenty of times crying and what not, then he's just wide awake at like 6am and I have to get up no matter how ultra tired I am (which is every day)

Thanks to some sweet, sweet Seroquel I am. If I don't take it I get like 4-5 hours. Thanks to this thread I downloaded a sleep tracking app to measure my quality of sleep though

No, but I was able to squeeze in a 2hr nap on Wednesday. I should make that a regular thing, but I have an annoying job that expects me to be awake for my whole shift.
