Voting for Free There might be a favor for us later from it. It also gives us a reputation for mercy and.. Well, this is a revolution. Beggars, choosers, and it doesn't hurt to have a few assassins/thieves that owe us favors. Plus there has to be plans for him down the line if he's a named character with a moral choice! In which case I tend to go with 'mercy' here. Particularly when the extension is about his sister as well.
