I've never had any really negative experiences. My wife had one that should have been a Norman Rockwell painting. On our way home from our wedding she was pulled over for expired tags. We had taken separate cars and I saw the lights and did a u-turn to see if she needed help. I asked what was going on and then asked if I should go get a camera and come back. She promised violence if I did. The cop let her go and told her it was his wedding gift, and to get the tags as soon as she could.
