Finally got to the Yuka / Emi match, and my god Emi does an absolutely genius job of buying time and adjusting the match on the fly. It's one thing to be a good wrestler when things are going well, but to entirely retool a match like that was just an incredibly show of skill.

My current alchemist's personality is more based on a combination of Shaggy from Scooby-Doo plus a general combo of a hippie/slightly-mad-scientist archetype, but looks-wise is absolutely based on Bryan Danielson when he had the really shaggy hair and full beard. But my brother and I do have a duo we've run once or twice of a skald named Roddy and a half-orc barbarian named Macho Jr. (His father, Macho, was killed in battle) and one time we caused a distraction that let the rest of our party do an entire heist mission by running a classic carny strongman bit in front of the inn they were infiltrating  Roddy is actually more based on Lou Albano than anyone but he has the Improvised Weapon feat and we've used that for some great shenanigans.

Once we played the World Wide Wrestling RPG and had a special stipulation food fight match that featured, among other things, sausage nunchucks, an atomic drop onto a pineapple and our fed getting banned from the venue for cracking open a durian

Someone a few pages back mentioned her considering back fusion surgery? In any case, her iffy matches in this return run felt less like her being moody and more like her learning how to work with a bad back, so I'm confident that she's at least going to give her all in the title match.

Her promo last week had a bit of a “I’m back to go out on my own terms” vibe, which would entail doing the job she never did a year and a half ago. Also, Toni’s not dropping that belt until it’s time to kick the All About Eve angle with Mariah into its next phase.

Your DM is missing out on a wealth of ready made npcs, especially on like Roll20 where you need an image. I ran a WOD campaign where Harley Race was vampire Prince of Georgia while his brothers (Terry Funk, Stan Hansen, and Sam Elliott who’s not a wrestler but really fills that gap there) try to stop him. Such a time saver to just grab some bullet club guys, paint em with a vampire or werewolf template and send them out for fodder.

Yesterday UBS Arena tweeted out the presale would start today and quickly deleted it. Seems like ticketmaster hosed up somehow because the presale is live with an old code AEWGEN5 working. Not sure if they have shut it down or it will just run until tonight.
