Looking at the potential opponents you could throw at Swerve for DoN and realizing there's a realistic chance we get Christian Cage main eventing his third AEW PPV. That is not something I would have thought possible when he debuted, and the roster's gotten substantially more loaded since then I do wonder how they end up keeping Ospreay away from the title until All In, though. No one has close to the claim he does to being No. 1 contender and you can't really kayfabe the rankings otherwise. You can do a casino ladder match/battle royale to have someone jump the line for DoN, but if you do that more than once over the next couple of months that'd be pretty lazy. You can feed Ospreay a dirty loss like when Brian Cage beat Hangman that one time, but I dunno if Tony has the guts to do that to his hottest new wrestler. I guess you could also have Ospreay come out after DoN and say "I want my title shot at Wembley," but then that would make Swerve's interim feuds seem even more perfunctory than TV defenses usually are
