Yeah, you might have been deceived by western fans' emphasis on work rate and the lingering 90s fandom but post-Inokiisim NJPW (Gedo era) is very heavy on characters. By and large it's very fun, just booked in a sports orientated direction.

I have a bad feeling about Chuck Taylor. He fulfilled his unfinished business and is about to have a brutal match with a guy who cannot lose. I'm afraid they might be writing him out of AEW  Also, wondering if Ospreay vs. Strong is an avenue to giving Cole a high-profile feud again.
