Elaine starts her own writing website and it becomes the new place to post slashfics. Elaine wants to shut it down, but the web traffic makes the advertisement money too much to turn down. George starts dating a single mom and volunteers to tutor her middle school son. The son teaches him about mining for bitcoin, and George becomes a believer. The episode ends with Jerry's girlfriend tricking Jerry into acting out her "fantasy" based on one of the slashfics on Elaine's site. Kramer jolts goofily when he sees Jerry on the OnlyFans creator's stream, but keeps watching.

Kramer convinces him to put his money into a get-rich-quick scheme pitched by Bob Sacamano: selling women's yoga clothes on Facebook. Elaine learns of a script writer opening for Peacock and begs Jerry to help her get her foot in the door. Jerry relents ("ALL RIGHT!!!"), and gets Elaine an interview. She gets the job, but finds out her boss is dating Sue Ellen Mischke. George and Kramer's business venture fails after it turns out that the yoga clothes they bought are see-through, but not before Sue Ellen buys some and wears it on set. When Elaine can't stop laughing, she gets fired.

George ends up in what can only be described as a one sided meet-cute where the woman is much more into him than he's into her. He's overjoyed when he realizes she accidentally gave him the wrong number and she doesn't know where he lives, so its the perfect opportunity for him to be the one that got away. "Women always remember the one that got away!" He begins putting up posters describing the meet cute that look like they had tickets with his phone number on them, but all the tickets are pre-torn. Elaine's friend is pregnant and she and Jerry discuss the grosser aspects of pregnancy and childbirth, causing them both to lose their appetites. Elaine reveals that she couldn't even watch the health class video that showed a baby being born, she fainted. Elaine's friend goes into labor while they're staying late at the office and she's convinced to accompany her in the ambulance by a particularly handsome paramedic. Jerry has a girlfriend who comes to all his shows and keeps giving him new jokes to try out on stage, but they're all terrible. He tried one while she wasn't around and found that the only way to salvage it was to tell the story about how bad his girlfriend is at writing jokes. This led to his best set in years. He has begun to purposely schedule shows early in the evening and too far from her work to get there on time, so that he can say he used her joke without offending her and losing his source of good setups. Kramer gets a job at a support center that handles self-driving cabs. Citing his ability to know how to navigate the city's traffic better than anyone, he uses his position to manually take over their routes because he thinks they're making bad decisions. He's dismayed to realize that when he's controlling that many cars, and taking them on the same route at the same time he's changing the city's traffic himself. He decides no one man should have that much power and he unplugs the entire support center. All of the cabs stop on the same street at the same time. George and his meet-cute partner both get out of different cabs at the same time and she is overjoyed. The rest of the city has very little traffic, meaning Jerry's girlfriend makes record time and walks into the comedy club just in time to see how he uses her joke. The ambulance, meanwhile, is now blocked from reaching the hospital on both sides, meaning the paramedics are going to have to deliver the baby. Elain's friend hands her the phone to film it for her husband.

George goes to a trendy new cafe because the coffee is good and cheap. The staff get to recognise him, telling him to just take a seat while they start preparing his order as soon as he walks in. He's annoyed that they're cutting into his opportunity to come across as charming and funny to the young female baristas, so he orders things he doesn't like which are more expensive so that his order isn't predictable.

A plot: Jerry's cousin Jeffrey Epstein is arrested for child sex trafficking. Jerry is implicated because he flew to Israel on the Lolita Express with his parents to attend another cousin's wedding. Jerry has to visit his cousin Jeffrey in the Manhattan lockup and accidentally kills him by breaking his fragile hyoid bone. Elaine helps him stage an elaborate cover-up. B plot: in the flight logs a G. Costanza is revealed to have flown to Little Saint James, George Costanza's girlfriend accuses him of being an elite billionaire pedophile despite never flying with nor meeting Jeffrey Epstein. Kramer assists George Costanza as he tries to find his elusive doppelganger. George and Kramer get too close to the truth and are warned off by shadowy forces.

(Kramer vibrates violently and then leaves) (The door to Jerry's apt. flies open again and George rushes through, pacing around the kitchen) Jerry: Well, look what the frog dragged in. George: You gotta help me Jerry, everybody thinks i'm one of those alt white guys! Jerry: Alt right. George: Whatever. George: I'm serious here, Jerry, they went to my parents condo in Florida! Jerry: Yeah, get in line, Kramer says his friend Bob Sacamano was arrested for storming the capitol. George: Bob Sacamano? Do you think he might know my maga doppleganger? Maybe he can clear my name! (George walks into the hall and begins banging on Kramer's apartment door) George: Kramer! Kramer! (Kramer opens the door and does a double-take and begins to try to close the door on George) Kramer: Oh no! No, no no, first Bob and now you, I tell you this things like a virus! (George's head is caught between the door and the frame, his cheeks are pressed together and he has trouble speaking) George: I'm-not-maga-you-idiot-now-open-up! Jerry tries living as a tradwife for a month while researching a comedy bit. Elaine suggests making an instagram for Jerry. Jerry insists he doesn't want to publicize his experiment, but Elaine makes a secret account behind his back. George and Kramer start a podcast in which they discuss gender roles, but shut it down after they unexpectedly develop a huge alt-right following that storms city hall and starts a religious ethno-state. Elaine has to sit on the women's side of their cafe hangout, which is now segregated. People come up to Jerry in the cafe to congratulate him on his instagram account, confusing and annoying him. George's parents blame him for broadway theaters getting burned down in the riots when they had tickets to Book of Mormon that weekend.

I would watch a Kramer spinoff show just for this intro theme. Though Michael Richards is probably so aged and frail by now the showrunner would have to limit the Kramer slapstick bits, or the old guy could easily break a hip.
