YOSPOS, meet Refurb!

Despite being a returned - cosmetic damage model, this cat is really active and loves to play. She runs incredibly well, if not a bit bouncy, due to a missing rear motivator. After this pic was taken, it became apparent that she's super stressed and is in the bathroom calming down while we get our dog to stop freaking the gently caress out, but I will post more pics as I get them.

Refurb is adjusting well. She's isolated in another room at the moment.

I'll gently introduce her to the dog over a couple days - part of this is getting my dog to calm down around the new, odoriferous land mammal that is wandering around. He's really excited but it much better today already.

We went to the vet today, Refurb and I waited about 10 mins for the vet to come in so I got a few pics

She's got a bit of an upper respiratory thing from the shelter but the vet said not to worry about it too much unless it gets worse over the next couple weeks, until then we can just listen to her tiny little sneezes

yeah she's just about 16 months old now and has grown from 2lbs at 3 months to 11lbs as of a few weeks ago. she's a big cat now

The people who work there are awesome. Another comment from Mandy (the person who actually helped us out with Refurb, did all the paperwork, etc): "This was such a happy adoption and she has gone to a wonderful home where she will have a doggy brother to play with! She is a lucky little kitten."
