Nah I'm pretty sure I know what I'm getting but it won't be till early next year, I think. I really like the rebel T3i, I used one not too long ago and it's right in the ballpark for quality + price I can actually afford

the deal with buying any canon lens, to avoid the motor being noisy, make sure it's a "USM" lens, that means ultra-sonic motor and so it's pretty silent.
