hahaha oops Maybe I should check out that Maria anime because I loving loved Taniguchi's work on Planetes. The Planetes manga was written by the Vinland Saga mangaka, and you can tell how much Yukimura has improved since. Meanwhile, Taniguchi added so much more to Planetes, like better characterisation, as well as some beautiful technical design.
