e: okay looked into the mms again and the best part is the way the creator wants you to take the moderately unpleasant original active ingredient (sodium hypochlorite) and oxidize it into chlorine dioxide, which is just straight up bleach

being into comics is easy, any good writer will tell you everything you need to know within that story arc. my reintroduction to comic books was JLA 1,000,000. if you're familiar with the DCU at the time it's retardedly huge in scope, but I didn't know that or most of the characters who were in it and still loved it

One of the joys of having a baby on the way has been learning that there are people who will wrap amber beads around their toddlers' necks because they think the succinic acid in there will soothe teething pain. Somehow.
