To be more accurate to me it looks like fan art a teenager or young adult might create. I don't think it in any way looks professional. I understand that to most people it probably looks amazing but I've become accustomed to having deeply unpopular opinions about pretty much everything. So... sorry about that.

The composition could use work, but I don't see what's so unprofessional about it. It's reasonably faithful to the Gundam artstyle and nothing looks glaringly off-model.

They're all by Franciszek Starowieyski.

But... why are they using a surfing term? I mean in the context of the original it made sense. But here it's nonsensical, much like the movie will be I expect.

It's like they couldn't decide on a tagline or a central focus of the movie (are the criminals base jumpers, snow boarders... just make them everything!) so they just made a series of loosely-related ads with different lines over different extreme sports.

That works nicely as an escalation of the original, at least. I mean, my mom's gone skydiving.

Really more the early 00s then the 90s, although I think the two are inseparable in most people's minds.

Maybe it'll be nothing but Keanu Reeves and Patrick Swayze movies, so expect Road House, Johnny Mnemonic, Dirty Dancing and Speed remakes in 2018 and beyond.

They're remaking Road House with Ronda Rousey in the lead.

Why should you be excited about this because you like Crank? It shares no cast or crew with either movie. I'd be interested if the Mad Russian was directing, but he's just the producer.

The trailer makes me think of a 1st Person POV version of Crank. Someone yelling "CHELIOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" is pretty much what it's missing. (And some better sfx)

There have been YA bombs, it's just that everything is so spread out and Hunger Games makes so much money that the genre is hard to kill.

In terms of pacing and the humour in the writing it's not too far off. I could definitely see a Crank fan in particular getting super into this.

The 2 Divergent movies themselves weren't even really successful enough to keep going, but they are anyway.

That drawn-out part was the single best part of the entire series in my opinion and 7.1 is the best film.

A worried pug.

Accurate representation of film quality:

(Spanish is "There are friends that kill" - Other poster reads "They study by day. They feed by night")

There's some amazing photoshop posters:

("Blood, sex and low blows...an (almost) normal school - The phenomenal saga has arrived" :mmmhmm:)
(Turkish reads: Only a true friend can protect you from negative enemies) Oh, and the word Satan, in the top row, is disappointingly to do with the word "seller", as in "From the international best-seller".

Other:

("Dangerous", "Manipulatrix", and "Shadowy")

"Don't mind us, just chilling at Notwarts"

Odd one out:

This one reminds me more of police academy.
