A new star system will be added to the game for every $100,000 pledged, with descriptions posted to the Comm-Link.
$3.1M: Odin System
$3.2M: Tyrol System
$3.3M: Kellog System
$3.4M: Goss System
$3.5M: Orion System
$3.6M: Ellis System
$3.7M: Cathcart System
$3.8M: Tal System
$3.9M: Geddon System
$4.0M: Chronos System
The RSI website will feature a monthly “Wingman’s Hangar” webcast from the development team.
Professional mod tools will be provided free to all players.
Squadron 42 will feature a richer storyline and 45 total missions.
Star Citizen will launch with 50 star systems and feature an additional flyable ship, the Drake Interplanetary Cutlass.

:smug: Thanks citizen, we'll think about making those once you've given us another $100,000,000

It's funny because even if Star Citizen were released and be a really good game there is no way it can ever hope to match the expectations of it's delusional fanbase. Each of these whales has their own independent visions of what SC will end up being, and most of them are drastically different from each other. Sooner or later this fanbase is going to turn on each other and eat themselves alive and it will be hilarious to watch.

I can't wait to walk to the mess hall and talk to my wingman 'crazy' who flies all over the place and takes a lot of chances. After a while 'Hotshot' will come in and interrupt us to brag about how he's the best pilot we have. I dunno, I think some probably will but the first time Mr. "I want to have a super fleet that mines together in peace" meets Mr. "I want to board and capture ships and rape their crewmembers" on the forums after release it could get ugly.

It's probably that they're repressing all their rage at how poo poo this game is every time an update comes out, and plastering over it with rationalizations, stretching them thinner and thinner, going "well, at least they're doing *this* with care and skill! :unsmith:" and they were down to just the care and work put into that ship they'd paid a bunch for. This is the final straw that makes those rationalizations start to crumble.

I'm excited to see this continue happening more and more.
