Shnooks posted:Was there an update last night? I've been using a 360 controller to play and every so often it gets weird when it can't detect a cursor, but it's even worse today and unplayable with it. Anyone else having a similar issue? I play with a 360 controller too and have the occasional problem of the A button simply not working sometimes. I've been able to solve it without exiting the game by hitting start to pull up the menu then just exiting the menu. Give that a try, it might help

You desperately need to be able to buy Iridium ore from the blacksmith, right now it's so rare it might as well not be in the game.

How do I get the iridium rod? The wiki is useless, I have everything maxed but the fisherman doens't sell it, the smith won't upgrade my fiberglass rod and I have to finish the community center and fishing is poo poo. Where do I get it? PLEASE!

Spring 11, Year 2 Just upgraded my house. Once a storm comes, I'll be popping the question to Leah. I plan to move the coop over to the pen next to the stables soon. The empty grid is a plot expansion that I'll need 32 quality sprinklers for, but by the time I'll have the mats for it it'll be close to the end of the season, so that'll wait until summer. My farm is still humble, I haven't gotten into money-making schemes like hops or any other kind of artisan goods.

I think it was more like, modifying the game to just always be moving a bit faster. I don't want to noclip around the map and teleport everywhere instantly but a 10-15% move speed increase would be nice, it's a real BadFeel to realize you have to run across the entire map to deposit or sell something when you move pretty slow.

For anyone who uses, or wants to use, the modding API and mods that depend on it, there's a way to have Steam launch the API EXE rather than the regular game EXE. Right-click Stardew Valley in your library, Properties, click Set Launch Options, then in the box that pops up you need to put the full path to the API EXE, followed by %command%. For example, mine is: quote:"D:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\StardewModdingAPI.exe" %command%
