Well if I was worrying this had run out of steam I am not now. Thinking about Hellshake Yano. I like that the Bob Team Epic people got a main segment. It does references well as well. Not annoying, enough to make you laugh and then they go. Also that interview helped make this show even more weird and wonderful.

What I find funny is that based on the interview, the different groups/people working on the segments are doing them mostly independent of each other, so it's entirely possible UchuPeople and the college undergrad doing the video game segments came up with the same obscure SD3 reference for their respective skits without even knowing about the other.

Well, for me it was the most memorable part of the game, along with the three evil sides swooping down to lay claim to the sword and the superboss at the end. I didn't know it was as memorable to as many other nerds.

SD3 is far-and-away the most popular and well-liked Seiken Densetsu over in Japan. We only remember and love Secret of Mana so much because we didn't get 3.
