I was flipping through NextDoor this morning and came across a great catte story that I had to share: Original Post: Anyone Missing a Black Kitty?  I've seen a talkative black kitty near the Vault and St Martin condominiums for several days now. Is anyone missing a black kitty? Reply: His name is project pat, he prefers just pat. I believe this is him. He once was our cat but anytime we bring him back he just leaves again. For some reason he has decided he likes the street better. He does come back from time to time to meow at us, but we cannot get close enough to catch him. He is up to date on his shots for now. If someone does catch him I will be glad to come and get him. For some reason he just really loves living on the street. Reply: I didn't see project pat today this morning. I will be on the look out. Reply: I saw him on Saturday night! He is soo sweet! He was by arcade. He swatted my hands a few times being playful but wouldn’t let me grab him! Reply: Pat is in the South Line complex tonight  He wouldn’t stop meowing by my door then he ran to the building next door after I fed him. Reply: That sounds like pat, he uses his charm the hits the road. Reply: I have fed Pat and he sleeps under my car near the Arcade. He lets me get pretty close. I’ll try to catch him because it will be getting cold soon. Good to know he acts just like a cat! Reply: The funny thing while he was growing up he was the sweetest cat we ever had. Always stayed around us very loving. Since we lived downtown we did not want him to be a outside cat, but he kept escaping. For awhile he would come back to eat, then that just stopped. Never had a cat act like this one. Very loving but just wants to live his life his way. Reply: Hahaha John!! You raised an independent cat Kudos to you! I think Pat the Cat is the prettiest cat I’ve seen. He stole my heart! I don’t know how you must have felt when he left.

So I’m visiting family this next couple of weeks and I went golfing with my dad and this cool as poo poo black hole was hanging out by the club He was extremely chill and was cool with pets plus the club fed him since he had a bowl of food and water
