Yeah, if I’m not making it clear, I get that the plot doesn’t make much sense to do a mech battle, that’s why I suggest some sort of hand wave excuse plot to do it. Maybe a monster briefly puts on the illusion of the other team mech or something. It’s fun to watch the robots bash each other a bit. That was my point. Ohranger didn’t even have any actual rangers inside the mechs when they did it.

Goseiger: Gosei Wonder shows up in an episode where Metal Alice sets a bomb to blow up a bridge. Gokaiger: Already mentioned Go-Busters: The Frog mech shows up in one episode, I think they needed to battle in multiple locations so she had to be used. Kyoryuger: The lady who was involved with Deathryuger shows up in an episode, and Tobaspino gets used a couple of times too. ToQger seems to be the first series where none of the movie stuff gets mentioned in the series (that I can recall anyway) and it seems like that's the trend now, since I can't remember any movie stuff in any series after that (well, okay, Cube Condor is technically in one of the finishers they use in Zyuohger but I don't think that really counts).

Having White Woz come from a future where Geiz stopped Oma-Zio wasn't what I was expecting but 100% makes sense. Also the only one that can out do Woz is Woz is amazing Really into Zio now hope it keeps the good run going

I really makes me wish that Sentai could get the kind the kind of episode to episode arc writing with the same deep character beats. They'd probably sell more toys that way. Oh and another R/B episode dropped, its actually pretty fun. Big reveals next episode too, much excite.

Rentaro seems like a pretty likable character too, a true pursuer of justice though with a bad tendency of getting over his head, very heroic, so I'm sure he'll be very enjoyable in his own series. Hopefully they can get the guy back in 2022 too, it'd be a funny reference. Also I had a weird Sentai dream tonight. It was a brand new Sentai but it felt like a pretty nice concept, at least. The details are as vague as you'd expect from a dream but it was a three-man Sentai with two others that hadn't fully joined but were part of the cast from day one. I don't remember what they were fighting but I remember that they were special people, awakened to their powers by a magical onsen, which tied to a legend of a chosen one that'd save the world. However, none of the three first Rangers was the chosen one, and because they had barely awakened to their abilities, they couldn't even call their giant robot, so they were entirely reliant on the other two. They're supported by a special, undercover team that knows of the legend and wishes to utilize its power. From what I can remember of the characters themselves... -Primary Team --Red: A hot-blooded (hoo boy isn't that original) young man that's highly frustrated that the team's reliant on the other two. He hates the idea of a chosen one and thinks the main team can save the world on their own. --Blue: a much more calm woman that believes in the legend, but also wants to do as much as she can as they await the chosen one. --Green: I have no idea, probably barely mattered. No, I don't know why he isn't yellow, either. Dreams are weird. -Outsiders --Black: a mysterious person who's never seen outside of suit. He's got far more control over his powers and can actually summon his giant robot. No one knows who he is, and he tends to appear, save the day, and disappear. So, basically the Phantom Ranger. --Orange: yeah I have no idea why either. A woman that's part of a special group that's investigating the onsen. She's actually the chosen one, but despite this, she fails to awaken her powers, though she nonetheless sticks with the team, even if she's angry at how she's not a Ranger herself. Also the LuPats appeared at one point, because I guess even in my mind crossovers still need to happen. It was weird, but it was a nice dream.

The belt's just a slightly modified Ziku Driver, which seems to be the case for all three future Riders. I like how his visor looks normal (at least, in comparison to the kana of our current Riders) and then you realize it's two giant question marks, which themselves have another question mark in the middle as a horn of sorts. Dude seems really confused.

From what I remember, BullBlack was more or less identical to his Power Rangers counterpart in most respects (only real difference is that in Gingaman it's his little brother that was killed as opposed to his son).
