my mother once took me to a modern art museum and then spent 10 minutes looking at a support pillar with a fire alarm switch in it to see who else in the gallery would stop to consider the "installation" it turned out to be a decent number of people

The end of Utena arc 1: I was just thinking "huh, turns out Touga is an okay guy" when it was revealed he's actually the most hateable character in anything ever, oops. I'm glad Utena is too powerful and gay to fall for his masculine wiles for more than a single episode. Wakaba is a great friend and should be Utena's real girlfriend.  The start or arc 2: "I will make you the rose bride!" "Uh, you mean rose groom right?" "Sure whatever." I like these guys. I'm glad Anthy's brother seems coo- wait what's this scene at the end why do I have a terrible feeling.

Symphogear G was a lot of fun, of the two seasons I've watched so far it was my favorite. Action was better this time around and every character had a lot of heart/pathos (though I guess they didn't do a HUGE amount with Tsubasa). The villain is so comically over the top it wrapped around like twice over (there were some scenes that I feel just made him creepy/lame rather than fun though) and Sugita portrayed him wonderfully. I also really appreciated the bonus episode things where Genjuro got Chris to watch Equilibrium. Onto GX!
