Not that they'd be much use on long haul flights where people are going to lift them to eat and drink.

Presumably you're at risk from anything respiratory, including the seasonal flu, meaning that coronavirus shouldn't be your only reason to be cautious about exposure to people who don't take infection control seriously. While I don't think it's appropriate to expect people to cancel travel plans, I do think it's reasonable to refuse to be in physical proximity to those people for 14 days (at least) after they return.

During H1N1 a family friend caught it and was induced into a coma in hospital. Everyone went to visit, but I refused because I had an absolute garbage immune system and even colds would result in an 8 week severe lung infection. They were so loving pissed off at me even though I was yelling at them that if I caught it I would definitely die and being in a hospital full of people confirmed to have it was way too risky, and hanging out for hours in the same small room as someone with it was insane.

We just arrived in La Rosiere, a small ski station next to Italy where you can usually cross the border and go ski in La Thuile, but they have closed the pass to Italy today so we're confined to the French side. I didn't expect this as it's not part of the quarantined regions and people can still cross the border in a car. Hopefully we have a Switch, some board games and plenty of French cheese and Belgian beers so if we have to stay inside we won't die of boredom nor hunger.
