Mieri Hiranishi is a cool indie artist who draws a thread-relevant autobiographical manga she releases for free and you should check her out https://twitter.com/mierihiranishi it's really charming. She just put out a video going over how she makes each chapter and all I can say is oof at the schedule. I can't imagine adding 'draw manga' to an office job the way she does. I mean it seems her Patreon income is actually fairly good relevant to how much time she's spending on it, but when that time has to fit into a schedule like this...  I don't understand how people can live on so little sleep on the regular.

Since it's been a while, how about some oneshots? Here's one about a Date Night. Warning:  There's also the story of the doctor, the barmaid, and valentine's day. I didn't expect this, but there's a law of first loves (the tags are a bit misleading). Also, this is one of the better April Fools oneshots I've seen published - the rest are just completely retranslated, but this one takes a (admittedly old) joke and runs with it.

For 5 months I was commuting 75 mins each way, with occasional double that on the way home due to jams, and I would rather not do that again. But at least my workday was only 8 hours and not 10.

That went way better than I feared it would. Asa's a good kid, but she has a habit of being insensitive and putting her foot in her mouth, so I was super concerned at the ending of the previous chapter.

It's funny how Makio doesn't want to be too much of an influence to Asa but being her guardian she can't be anything but. Wonder how much more we will ever learn about Asa's mother, despite what happened between her and Makio she seems to have raised Asa alright.
