Missed this thread altogether. Just gonna chime in and say Twice is my all time fav but I can't stand that song title. Still reeling over GFRIEND'S disbandment. And cautiously excited for new LOONA. I say cautiously in light of recent letdowns by itzy and Everglow. Oh also WJSN's unnatural is the best mini album of the year so far and Oh My Girl's My Doll is the best bside of the year

I mean, the title has to be tongue in cheek given all the marketing for this album and their reputation for loving to drink. My guess is it'll be a play on the drunk on love idea (hence alcohol free), but with plenty of cocktail imagery. Forever salted I didn't buy a ticket for that concert just b/c I wasn't going to be around to watch it live. It would have been worth waiting for the rebroadcasts, from everything I've heard, and from the bit of supplemental poo poo coming out now. If SM would offer this and the SHINee Beyond Live VODs for purchase I will gladly give them my money.

Like it isn't bad or anything, but to me it just felt like a really meaty bass sound would have just knocked that track out of the park. edits! Last year had some great kpop releases/debuts, and this year has definitely continued that. It has been sort of interesting to see some of the new groups debut in sort of .. different states of polish? Like I enjoyed Tri.be's tracks so far, but it feels a little like when Twice debuted: you can see that the talent and such is there, but they've still got some room to grow into it. Meanwhile you have groups like Purple Kiss who feel like they're a bit farther along that track. It is also a good time to be an international fan, a lot of companies are noticing the international market and you'll find english subtitles pushed out.
