What's the enforcement like for Chinese dual-citizens btw? I know that theoretically PRC doesn't allow it and people lose citizenship when they naturalize elsewhere (though HK and Macau have exceptions or whatnot) but is that actually enforced or is it one of those things that the gov't doesn't really care about since it can't be easily tracked.
