I'm curious what data you have on long term covid symptoms that can be serious and debilitating. I'm not sure how you can measure that after not even two years. In any case, you'd have a tough time convincing me that the miniscule amount of children affected in that way would outweigh the psychological effects from school and government policies enacted in the past year plus. You also claim the outcomes of the Delta variant are worse for kids... but provided no facts or data. There is a lot of speculation and opinion in your comment here. The post shared actual facts with a real source. I prefer facts over speculation.

But at least I know my bosses appreciate all of our efforts because they gave us

School starts on Monday for me, and while they are at least requiring masks and vaccinations, what to do if you're exposed to COVID seems to be "Good luck dude email your profs!" Not that contact tracing matters any more.
