Average estimates range wildly but you're about 50x less likely to die of severe covid if you're fully vaccinated even after 5 months. 3rd dose data is still hard to come by except for the fact that it omega-spikes your titers and restores the ability to avoid infection. It remains to be seen how long that lasts but it wouldn't be surprising if it was another 5 months before another booster is needed and Israel is already rolling 4th doses out IIRC.
