Also the content of what you've been posting over the last month or two has been veering more towards the oversharing side of too creepy/sexual, which was a factor in the probe as well. But yeah at the end of the day not everything is going to be perfectly objective. Subjective calls are going to be made, taking into account a user's prior posting history and the like.
