Being able to rip off body parts and use them as bombs is a pretty gnarly power, even if they grow back. As for Reggie I'm guessing he can turn the receipts into whatever they're for? So the receipts that turned into gasoline were receipts for gasoline. I guess the question is if he can just make his own receipts but that'd probably be considering cheating for his power. Then again, all the named Culling game participants might be along the same line as Higurama where their techniques more represent their mindset and occupations. Angel herself has a purification ability of sorts.

Given that Cursed Techniques are passed down, it's probably more that someone's personality can be influenced by their Cursed Technique even if they were a normal person incapable of using them.

Remi's attack is definitely going to bite Megumi in the rear end later... how could it not be poisoned given her scorpion theme. Maybe it's effect is something different though? Seeing how she's so dependent on others, maybe her recent trauma evolved her cursed technique to some sort of servent-mind control effect or something Maybe domains are more of a reflection of a person's life history/personality than their cursed technique since they're supposed to be the physical manifestation of the caster's inner self unto reality. That doesn't really explain inherited techniques and domains though. Gege will probably reveal more about their true nature once we encounter some ancient sorcerers!
