Torturing and shooting POWs is obviously horrible and a war crime. I believe it is real and the Ukrainian government needs to get this under control ASAP. In a war like this it can't be avoided entirely, on either side, but the government needs to take a firm stance and make that clear to their forces.

On the other hand, Russian soldiers can't film their own war crimes and share them on VK as future evidence, and I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not in this situation.
