It's a tik tok meme template where you're invited to invent a reason why a girl you're on a date with is getting progressively weirded out by you before she gets up and leaves. It's not sexual harassment to pair it with a video that at first you think is some incredibly mundane-but-interesting ranking of Monopoly game pieces that swerves at the last moment in a funny way. This is called humor. e- and I saw people commenting that it was more likely mass/bot reporting from accounts that scrape his content from youtube or twitter and repost it on tik tok.
