How can this be legal? A deposit should be contingent on your action not your status (especially if arbitrarily judged). Feels like a uni could easily be sued for doing something like this

('Home' students, not just foreign students). Certainly wasn't a thing when my latest nephew (currently 24yo) went to uni including a masters.
