Holy budget. What an MV. Song is way more standard than I was expecting but he definitely owns it.

I loved this. The visuals, the vibes, the two ajummas bullying a hapless hitchhiker.

Great chill song for closing out Summer.

They’re putting out some of the most interesting but consistent stuff this year. Brave and Sun Palace are also really good on this mini.

Yea honestly its a lot better than I expected after the intro hit and I heard what they were doing. Its also nice that they did a rock-influence style without leaning on the jrock style. Not that it would be bad or anything, but dreamcatcher has such a corner on that sound space that breaking into it is sort of tricky, and going for a different style of rock influence they avoided that comparison/issue.

The stylists did an excellent job, and the video worked well. I think even people less into the rock sound can get enjoyment out of it.

This is what really made it work for me, like they leaned more 80s headbanger and their voices suit it so well.

Billlie never misses.

That was an fun opening.

I think this is the first time I’ve seen someone else besides Swan in a non-PK channel video without the rest of the group. It’s always Swan solo or the full group.

"Tell that to Zod's snapped neck!"

You know I look at bigger groups some times and wonder how having 9 or even more members would ever be useful and I guess now I know a situation in which having 12 members is a positive

edit: their new song is the closing track for a Japanese series which has a name that all of a sudden feels like a bad omen

quote:

This new song was previously revealed to be the ending theme song for the MBS/TBS Japanese drama “According to the Six Survivors,” adapted from the manga of the same name. The song itself is bright and catchy; thus, the upbeat sound is especially suitable to the comedic and intense nature of the drama.

Usually bigger groups are made in an attempt to target as large a section of heavy fans as possible. Like most of those bigger groups could honestly be 4-5 member groups without much loss in terms of range in singing/dance, but having more is basically more chances at having a member that pulls in those fans. The other useful thing is that its easier to get away without backing dancers.
