We've got motorcycles we'd prefer not to keep parked out in the open, and at the right price we could definitely just build one. There's an open house on Sunday so I may swing by and check it out. Agreed on Northside, although mercifully the age of the generic Northside flip seems to finally be on the decline. e: We put an offer in on this place a few months ago and were brutally, hilariously outbid (22 offers lol). My old house, which I rented for 10 years, was not a nice house (really, really not a nice house), but at least it had a couple interesting features--a big footed tub, a purple countertop, scalloped edges on the bathroom cabinets. After we moved out, the landlord sold it for $99k and it got flipped and six months later was back on the market as a gray void for $200k.  Ugh. Every time I drive by, I want to go and knock on the door and see how the new people have decorated.
