What I think probably happened, is that it's supposed to be for one person, where you have the option of getting inside with your head sticking out, or just putting your legs in. And someone decided it would sell better if they called it a Two Person item. So it was pushed through, some photographer got the instruction to photograph it this way, and no one bothered to follow up to make sure it didn't look weird, until it was too late. I probably thought too hard about this. :\
