I can see it succeeding in an outdoor garden with a different constituent material doing very well as a fancypants water feature but what kind of HGTV-brokebrain dummy would have that as a sink inside of a habitable structure that would be used by real human beings?

There used to be two of these, but one of them blew into the ocean last sunday. With people inside.
Nobody died, but two people are still in the hospital. The owner of the "cabins" is under investigation by the police.

That box used to be 10 feet further back. You can see the water still coming out of the broken connections. So there was room to walk around the front and get in what I am assuming is a door with a window to see the ocean. But relying on the weight of an empty box to not move in winds off the ocean must have been a bad idea.

A while back there was some bad flooding north of Atlanta and some guy was telling me how his house floated up off the "foundation" (a lot of houses in that area are basically sitting on blocks with a crawlspace), turned almost 180 degrees, and then set back down in his neighbor's backyard. By the time I talked to him his neighbor had already reached the "So...when does your insurance company think they'll have your house out of my yard?" phase.

I think the door is behind the ladder there. It's clearer on the second pic (in the first pic it looks like there are rungs in front of it but they're actually just attaching to the structure)

The windows? Not corrugated metal on the kitchen ceiling?

And my personal favorite, how every drywall seam on the second floor is visible from space. That is a normal thing you can expect when nailing drywall to the rafters with zero insulation.
