The site's got a synopsis for the movie, too. Essentially it sounds like somebody new is assigned to head Operation Strix, but the appointee is incompetent? Meanwhile, there's a cooking class competition to be held at Eden Academy, with the winner rumored to be awarded a Stella Star, and Loid proposes that Anya make a traditional pastry from the Frigis region, as it's a favorite dish of the principal, who is also head of the judging panel. The Forgers take a family trip for an authentic taste to maximize the chances of this plan. Yor happens to witness an exchange between Loid and "a mysterious woman" before departing, though, so she's uneasy about that. On the train ride over, Anya finds a suspicious trunk containing chocolate, but as the owner is returning, Anya accidentally eats the chocolate. And, naturally, the chocolate holds the fate of world peace inside it. Seems to be the gist of the various plot points, anyhow.

I understand several words of Japanese! It starts with Anya telling her father she wants to watch anime, and Lloyd says she can't. Then he tells her fine, and gives the channel. Lloyd asks his wife on a date, which freaks her out. At that point, the talking speeds up too much for me to follow. As I said. Several words. It's better than nothing! (And I owe it all to the FLCL sequels.)
