My left nostril always stuffs up and bleeds a lot. I finally got to see a nose specialist after being on a wait list for a year and a half. Turns out I’m just an old man. “Yeah it’s a common thing in old people. Take this nasal spray. Buy this other Nasal spray and use it before walking in cold weather or eating/drinking really hot things, and shove some polysporin up your nose for a week.” It is really hard to sleep soundly with a nostril full of polysporin.

TM's first few VNs did have sex scenes in them, it was basically a way to sell them at Comiket better. Once they started making a name for themselves and getting real retail releases, that stuff started to fall by the wayside.
