Oslo was down to -19C yesterday, and then it will just briefly touch +5 before it goes back down to -11 through the week; perfect for making sure every surface is glazed in smooth ice. I should do like the retirees and buy some ice cleats. What he said is true, though; after some time below -15C, getting back up around zero feels like spring.
